By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Parda mobile application (Package Name: com.ranareal.parda), operated by Rana Real ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the application.

2. Description of Service

Parda is a media discovery, metadata cataloging, and episode tracking service that aggregates information regarding Pakistani television serials produced by major broadcasting networks (including HUM Network, ARY Digital Network, Geo Entertainment / Har Pal Geo, Green Entertainment, Express Entertainment, and others). Features include cross-network watchlists, Continue Watching timestamps, airing schedules, and episode release notifications.

3. Content Ownership & YouTube API Compliance

All television serials, drama titles, artwork, character names, logos, and video footage referenced inside Parda remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective broadcasting networks and copyright holders.

• Official Video Streaming: All video streaming within Parda occurs strictly through official YouTube iFrame Player embeds provided by Google LLC.
• Monetization & View Counts: Video views, channel subscriptions, and advertisement revenue generated during playback directly benefit the official channel owners on YouTube.
• YouTube Terms: By using Parda, users agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. User Accounts & Security

To utilize personalized features such as Watchlists and Push Notifications, users may create an account using an email address and password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage terms or engage in malicious API scraping.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Parda, you agree NOT to:

1. Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the application or backend APIs.
2. Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract drama metadata or system resources.
3. Circumvent or alter video playback embedding mechanisms provided by YouTube.
4. Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of copyright laws.

6. Copyright Takedowns & DMCA Policy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Parda is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific drama serials will remain available on YouTube.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rana Real and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Parda application.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this webpage with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Parda following any updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
